The hotel's location is really good, within walking distance to all the shopping centers and night markets in Bangkok. The rooms, although old, are neat and clean, but we had issues with the lack of a flush shower which felt like a big suite. However, there was an incident where a board under the sink fell on my daughter's toe, causing a bruised toenail. The breakfast was okay, with some inconsistency in the freshness of the halal food. Despite these challenges, the service further enhanced our stay, with friendly and approachable staff. The pricing policy for additional charges was a downside, given the unexpected request for a fee without specific extra amenities.

My stay at the hotel was an amazing experience all around. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice toilet with a very comfortable bed. However, I wouldn't recommend getting the rooms with lounge access. The service was exceptional, with staff who were very attentive and even remembered our drink preferences after just the second visit. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Bangkok, near incredible shopping malls and restaurants. The dining experience offered a wide selection of incredibly fresh and diverse options. I did find the cold cuts a bit lacking in friendliness. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
